Telldus-core not found on new installation

Installed Domoticz 2025.2 in Docker on a Raspberry Pi with Debian Bookworm and can access it via the browser, but cannot get the connected Tellstick Duo to, for example, report temperature values to Domoticz.

Under "Setup-Hardware" in Domoticz I have selected Tellstick and it is enabled.
Under "Setup-Devices" none of my wireless thermometers appear.
After starting Domoticz, I see the error message "Tellstick: telldus-core not found" in the log.
Searched the Internet for a solution, but haven't found any answers to this.
Hope someone can help me with tips to solve this.

Hello again

I have now started from scratch on a new SD card.
1. Installed Raspberry Pi OS Debian Bookworm without desktop.
2. Installed Domoticz
3. Added Tellstick in Setup/Hardware
4. Connected Tellstick Duo to my Raspberry Pi 3 B
5. After reboot, these error messages appear in the Log
Status: PluginSystem: Failed dynamic library load, install the latest libpython3.x library that is available for your platform.
Status: Tellstick: telldus-core not found

In Domoticz, with the Tellstick Duo connected, I want to be able to control some Nexa switches and receive temperature from several wireless temperature sensors.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this.

Is this a python plugin or a build in integration. If python plugin, what is its GitHub repository?

The Python-problem is solved, right now. (Installed 3.11)

But I have still problem with my "Telldus Core"
I can´t find any info on how to add telldus-core.

Did you compile Domoticz yourself before?

This because by default support for Telldus is not available (See CMakeList.txt)

No, I didn't, and I don't know how to do it.
I don't really understand what/how you mean with (See CMakeList.txt).

I have really tried to find information on the internet about how to install the latest version of Domotics on a Raspberry Pi, but a lot of it is old (e.g., from 2016) information and does not work nowadays.

I would really appreciate it if I could get some help understanding this and how I should do it?

On this wiki there is a section about compiling Domoticz with telldus

But as it is old instructions you have to update it yourself or find someone who did this recently. Perhaps on some swedish domoticz forum?

I have searched the Internet and found some information, and these instructions you mention are some of them, but most are outdated. However, I can't seem to find what I need to get my Tellstick Duo up and running. It seems that I don't have enough knowledge to solve this, so I hope someone will help me, either to get my Tellstick working or to get help starting from scratch.

I see this already outdated instructions for Ubuntu 18 https://github.com/karl-henrik/telldus
But looking at this it will probably not run on newer OS versions as Telduss did not update their libraries.

So it's basically impossible to get this running as long as Telldus doesn't update their libraries for newer OS versions?

Seems like it. But perhaps there is another way to communicate with a telldus stick? Perhaps there is a python api that is up to date?
