As I really don't like MQTT, I created an other plugin to poll my OpenDTU device (solar production)

But did you try to enable the Home Assistant Auto Discovery option in OpenDTU and use the existing Domoticz MQTT Auto Discovery gateway? Then automatically all the endpoints will be discovered and devices created.

Then no python plugin is needed.....

My bad....

But for the ones that do like MQTT or have at least MQTT already running they can go the MQTT AD way for OpenDTU...
