I would like to connect a Philips Hue light bulb directly to Domoticz on my Rpi via a MOES ZigBee 3.0 Hub. Is this possible and if so what plugin if any do I need for Domoticz. I need to control the bulb directly without going through the Internet. I could use a Tuya light bulb rather than Hue or a Z-stick Gen 5 if either (or both) of these make things easier. Just don't want to use internet.
Thanks,
connect philips hue via MOES gateway direcct to Domoticz

Not buy a Moes zigbee hub but a zigbee USB coordinator like Sonoff USB or others. With that you can use any zigbee bulb (Philips Hue, Ikea Tradfri, Lidl smarthome, tuya zigbee etc)
With Zigbee2MQTT and domoticz MQTT Autodiscover the following sticks are supported: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/adapters/
With the zigbee4domoticz plugin you can use the following usb sticks: https://github.com/zigbeefordomoticz

Domoticz running on Udoo X86 (on Ubuntu)
