Today I finally tried in a test environment Zwave-JS-UI.
Possibly due to testing I made an error I cannot trace.
I tried with powerplug. Finally it was working as expected but every time a 2nd switch device belonging to the powerplug was created while that one failed switching on/off the powerplug.
I know it has something to do with a retain-setting but can t find it. I remember to have seen posts about.
Any suggestion how to stop creating this device.

You have to remove the related retained discovery topic with mqtt-explorer (or other mqtt publishing tool). See https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/MQTT#Dele ... ined_topic

The discovery topics are default in the mqtt homeassistant folder if you did not change the discovery topic prefix in Zwave-JS-UI.
