OpenWeatherMap OWM changing values

I have set te location of OpenWeatherMap to 0, in which it should use the long/lang in my settings.
Usually this is correct and i get values like this:

but every now and then a false value is collected (no change in weather and suddenly it says it's very windy) from .9 to 5.6 and 1.8 to 8.0

What can cause this error? where can I see which station is polled?
