Controllable mechanical ventilation

I have an old mechanical ventilation that is starting to make noise and I would like to replace. It still has the old perilex plug but I rather switch to a remote control protocol.
Anyone aware of a box that supports wifi and can be controlled from domoticz? The only alternative I see is an ITHO box with rfxcom/868 but then I need to buy another interface (rfx868)

.
I did some googling but struggle to find an obvious solution. Thx for any help!

Hello heggink,
I have done something like this
viewtopic.php?p=147088#p147088
I left the perliex plug original and made it switchable with a 3 port rfcom switch. You can of course use a different kind of remote switch like zwave.

Hi,
you don't need a ventilation system with WiFi.
My ventilation system ( EMMETI RECUPERADRY ) has a controller with some inputs that can be connected to a domotic relay module, to enable/disable
air renew
Dehumidifer (chiller)
hot/cold water exchanger
.....
Maybe all VMC has such inputs.

That's something I have done for my current setup. I was just hoping that there are Wifi controllable ventilation units by now that would make that easier. Doesn't look to be the case.

I think there’s but they are much expensive then this solution and you have the choice how to controle them by zwave,rf or zigbee,
I have left the original cable in tact from the litho ventilation system see photo

I've the same configuration with a fibaro switch 2
Then you can control the ventilator in 3 speeds. : On/low/High
An advantage is a rron says, you can keep the perilex connection to original
