Pluging for Stromer E-Bikes

I just pubished the first release for integrating Stromer E-Bikes into Domoticz. It's very basic so far and I'm open for feedback and suggestions.

It's available on my GitHub (elnkosc); repo name is ' stromer_domoticz_plugin'.

Thanks, I have added it to the plugin list https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Plugins
Domoticz running on Udoo X86 (on Ubuntu)
Devices/plugins: ZigbeeforDomoticz (with Xiaomi, Ikea, Tuya devices), Nefit Easy, Midea Airco, Omnik Solar, Goodwe Solar
