LiveSearch devices on all pages

I've just proposed a fast way to filter devices (on any pages), very convenient when you have a tons of devices.
It searches both names & descriptions (and also shows description, when "hovering" the device's name).

Not tested, but as i did not changed the HTML (I basically just added the Input's search field), it should certainly work asis, whatever the current theme used...

Of course, when/If included, It would certainly involve slighly changing the "Top Bar" design, to make it more elegant.

BTW If you want to test it by yourself, you could just replace the files included in this PR, whithout having to recompil Domoticz...
