Hi,
I am looking at solutions to steer and measure my 10 year old heating system (NIBE EVC 240) in a smarter way to save energy costs.
For steering I found a solution with NGenic Tune (about 330 EUR) https://ngenic.se/tune/ and just wanted to know if anyone have experience of this device? Some features, it seems to be a simple installation with just an outdoor sensor, an indoor sensor and a gateway. The sensors will replace the heaters old sensors and fool it with sending fake temperature readings to lower or increase the heating. It will be able to steer my heating towards hours when the hourly energy cost is lower by retrieving hour cost from Nord Pol (spot price market in the Nordics). Since this is a "cloud solution" integration with Domoticz for steering seems overkill. It will only do steering, no measuring.
I would like to add reading of kWh consumption. So, would Aeotec Home Energy Meter Gen5 (https://store.aeotec.com/products/home- ... gen5-zw095) be a good zwave solution? Does it integrate well with Domoticz?
Thank you for any input on the topic
/Mike
