Stupid mistake

Hello,
I made a stupid mistake to remove the hidden version at Options/More Options/Plans/Room plans.
Now my Dashboard is gone too. How can I recover it or fix it? Thanks in advance.

do you have a backup of the database? recover it

Thanks, problem solved, i found a older backup
