Possible to merge lost data from backup?

Today i went back to latest stable version after having issues with beta versions (was using those last month).

Is it possible to get or merge data from the backup i made before going back to stable version? The database (backup) can be opened with SQlite database browser, but i have no idea where to look for the specific data? I do not need all data, just PV and/or P1 meter would be handy.
