You have to install Tuya on your phone, create an account and add the plug.
After that, you need to add Tuya (in Domoticz => Hardware).

You have to install Tuya on your phone, create an account and add the plug.
After that, you need to add Tuya (in Domoticz => Hardware).

You dont know if he installed Tuya?
The one he has is working here, if you install it via Tuya > Domoticz (unless he has other version)

I dont think he is working with tuyaconvert yet. I think its his first switch in this brand and didnt work with tuya in any way yet. Thats why i said he just needs to install Tuya app and connect to domoticz via login
