Brightness in a group

Good evening everyone, can you tell me if it is possible to control the brightness in a group of 4 lamps?

I can turn on and off the lamps in the group.

No, you cannot. You can make scenes with specific brightness levels.
If you have ZigBee or Zwave devices you mostly can create groups within the gateway and those groups will create a kind of group device in Domoticz (by the gateway) that can control brightness and colors.
