Having installed Domoticz as indicated by @EdwinK domoticz sometimes starts up without displaying the web page.
This doesn't have to be the case in your setup, but it's worth the try.
On my RaspberryPi install (after a boot up or a reboot) Domoticz seems to work but the web page isn't displayed.
On the monitor of your raspberry: <sudo service domoticz status> -> active (running)
When you do <sudo service domoticz restart>, everything will be fine.
You can automate this in crontab. <crontab -e>
Add this line to your crontab.
<#domoticz restart after 100 seconds>
<@reboot sleep 100 && sudo /etc/init.d/domoticz.sh restart>
Hope this helps you like it did on my setup.

Make sure the time settings are correct. The time sync has to be finished before you start Domoticz.
Else Domoticz will stop.

I have a very similar question. I did follow exactly the instructions to configure Rasperry and install Domoticz.
Domoticz starts OK.
Then loading several devices from the P1-USB hardware, also OK.
But then I don't see any of these devices on Dashboard nor on Utility. It used to come on immediately, but nothing now anymore.
Can anybody help me here? I think it has been a change in the Domoticz software, but cannot find it.
Thanks in advance.
