I just installed a clean vm with domoticz 2022.1 and zigate. The Sonoff 3.0 Zigbee USB-Stick has the latest firmware but I am unable to get the zigate plugin running without errors. When I configure the zigate plugin everything looks fine. I see the usb-port and I can connect to the zigate webclient. But as soon as I try to pair a device I get errors in domoticz.

Does anyone know how to solve the problems related to the screenshot of the log?

Branch stable5 of the plugin is only for Zigate coordinators. Not for your Sonoff.

Ok thanks for your reply. I installed beta6 but it didn't work as expected. Got almost the same errors when I tried to pair new devices. Okay, I think I'll wait for a stable version which supports the Sonoff stick.

We have already user of Sonoff working without any issue.
So either indeed you go to stable, or we can investigate , understand what is wrong and fix it.

For instance, it wopuld be valuable if you can enable some debug parameter as shown on teh screenshot, start the plugin and then when getting the erreor sending the file Logs/PluginZigbee_xx.log (where xx is the domoticz Hardware Id)

We have fixed an error (due to a mistake in the documentation).

sudo pip3 uninstall attr (without s)
sudo pip3 install attrs (with s )

which them solve this issue

Should be noted that there ITead sells two different Zigbee 3.0 USB dongles and only their "SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus" variant will work today:

You got it to work so must be Texas Instruments CC2652P variant, however, if all goes well then support for the Silicon Labs variant will also be added later:

Very cool with other brands of Zigbee adapters however understand that also very new and early so need to understand that beta means it is experimental.

@Gamester17 for me it is not experimental anymore and that is why the beta6 branch is available and has the TI CCxxxx embedded. Indeed we need to have a bit more background and returns before going further and make it available on a stable version, but there are already quiet a number of people already with that SonOff or ZZH keys

I have the zigate usb stick and i have tried to update the plugin and the stick since i get alot of errors in the log, unfortunatley i cant get the update to work on my zigate, so im about to throw the zigate away.
i have made an order of a Sonoff Universal Zigbee 3.0 instead, i hope that this will run smoother that the zigate,
is there a way to move the nodes from zigate to the sonoff stick or do i need to include all of my nodes again?

There is no way to backup/export data from Zigate and then import to SonOff, but what you can do is

to keep the existing devices on Domoticz+Plugin and then just redo the pairing of the objects. Automatically they will be reconnected to the previous widget.
To do that, don't add a new hardware, but simply change the tty port from Zigate to Sonoff and select the correct Coordinator.

Be carefull, they are 2 type of SonOff USB Dongle. The P and the E
