I have swapped my ATC928G2000 (V2) in a fully working setup for a ATC928G3000 (Wifi) and I'm am running into some issues regarding parts of the HGI80 connectivity. My main problem is that custom sensors are bound, but do not update.
I've tested two scenario's:
1. Just leaving all devices in domoticz from the fully operational V2 installation and replace the Evotouch with the Wifi.
+ This still updates existing TVR setpoints etc.
+ I can successfully bind a custom sensor (via Bind Temp Sensor) with the Evotouch.
- The new main controller is not found (no problem for me because it can be reached via the WebAPI)
- But, the custom sensor will not update its value from its linked non-evohome sensor in Domoticz. Checking the source code: this could be because it is normally triggered by a request from the (not correctly set) contoller (Unit 0).
That is why I tried the second option:
2. Deleting the previous HGI80 instance and adding a new one (with the EvoTouch Wifi set up) and letting it populate trough All Sensors.
+ This will add 13 devices (Zone Relay 3761ca, Relative modulation level, Fault Logbook, Return Water Temperature, Boiler Water Temperature, CH Water Pressure, Application fault flags, OEM fault code, Control Setpoint, DHW flow rate, OEM diagnostic code, DHW Temperature, FlameOn).
+ I can successfully bind a new custom sensor with the Evotouch (via Bind Temp Sensor).
- But, this sensor will also never update its value from its name-matched sensor in Domoticz.
- The main controller (Unit 0) is never added.
- Also, none of the TVR's are added (strange, because they did update in scenario 1).
I will recompile with debugging mode enabled, but maybe someone can share any prior experiences with the Wifi and HGI80.
