Domoticz on Windows - restart webserver

Hi,

I do some automation and checks outside Domoticz. Also check for the domoticz internal website itself.
But sometimes the webserver of Domoticz crashed. Domoticz keeps running ok except for the webserver.

Maybe even my scripts has something to do with it. Sessions that are not disconnnected or something.

But how to restart domoticz?

Killing domoticz.exe/nssm.exe, restarting the server. The webserver won't work until a reboot.

What do I have to kill/restart to have the webserver working again without a reboot?
