dashticz only on laptop

dashticz is only working on laptop,
not on iphone or ipad, i have white listed the ipadresses, but still not working.
can someone help me?

I don't see anything that could explain your issue with iPad.

block_137 is not defined correctly, but that seems not to be important.

Can you try with a basic CONFIG.js, containing only one simple device? After that start adding columns one by one. Probably you then can identify which column causes the problem.

Your custom.js is empty? (that could also contain code which is not compatible with iPad)
