is there a way to detect huge windspeed peaks (gusts)
I would like to move my rollers/blinds down for safety (because we have a lot of small trees around the windows)

Yes, there are wind sensors in the Buienradar or Open Weather plugin. You can make a script like for example:
If Wind > 10 m/s -> Rollers/Blinds down
If Wind > 10 m/s -> Rollers/Blinds down
