Windows: restart webserver only

At times, I want to "Refresh node info" of one of my Z-Wave nodes. If I accidentally refresh one before another has been completely refreshed, the Domoticz web page stops responding. Domoticz itself is still running and in the logging I see these messages:

2021-04-16 09:37:07.867  Error: WebServer:8080 thread seems to have ended unexpectedly (last update 293.000000 seconds ago)

I can restart the Domoticz service or restart the entire server. Either way, my complete Z-Wave hardware starts re-initializing.

Is there a way to only restart the web server? Or is there another way to get rid of this error message?
