How to add a TRÅDFRI signal repeater

Post by HenkHavelaar »

I have a Zigate zigbee stick but some of my sensors are to far away, I want to buy a couple of TRÅDFRI signal repeaters. How do I add those repeaters to the Zigate network? Is simple plugin to power enough or must I do someting special?

Yes, you can just add in in your network. It depends on the other battery powered sensors if they will accept the repeater. The aqara devices are known to not do so...

Other devices like 220V bulbs will accept the repeater automatically.

Thanks for the answer, the meaning of repeaters was to extend the range of some Aqara devices....
Try to find somthing else in the next question
Somebody knows a repeater for Aqara devices?
