Selective accept new Hardware/Devices

Out of a lack of a better term: I get flooded with 433gHz devices. I doubt all are real, some are most likely same device registrered as different ones.
Anyway, what I would like to suggest, is to make Accept new Hardware/Devices more selective. An option to only add certain protocol, perhaps with a hardware check for what's possible to add.
kinda like this:
System
-> Accept new Hardware/Devices
--> Accept from Z-wave
--> Accept from 433 gHz
--> Accept from Zigbee
--> Accept new connected hardware (usb, RS232, Firewire, etc)
The reason I'd like to suggest this, is to enable the various protocols to update devices, with how things are now doesn't work when hitting the limit of devices. Some devices takes longer to register correctly, for some z-wave devices it's taken over half a day.
Leaving Domoticz in a Accept All state causes my setup to choke up, due to the exessive amount of devices - even failed (timeout) devices is not re-enabled to a working state. Limiting wich protocol/hardware device that can add new hardware, would make Z-wave work, without getting flooded by 433gHz devices.
Edit: spwelling, and clarifying what I ment.
