I have been searching for an answer/topic , but could not find it in the Heating/Cooling section.
I have a Nefit Central Heating Unit wich is controlled by a Nefit-Easy Temperature Control Unit, placed central in the living room.
I Installed the Nefit-Easy tool in Domoticz on Raspberry 4+ and previous on a Pi Zero W (alternative json and npm installation) and now I can read temperature, Gas use, time when Unit is on-off and can also set temperature via Domoticz if I want to. (https://tech.ligthartnet.nl/make-your-n ... h-domoticz)
The upper floor with bathroom and bedrooms have a thermostatic valve on the CV radiators. A problem of this setup is, that the upper floor can be cold if the living room sensor is "out" because the temperature is = or > then the set temperature (the sun can warm up the room, even in winter)
On the first floor the temperature can be chill (nice for sleeping) but I want to use on of the rooms as a kind of office to do work from home.
My idea is to place a temp sensor on the first floor and fit remote (Zigbee/Zwave) Thermostat Valves on the radiators below and set them to a certain temp (20.5C) and set the room sensor (Nefit Easy) to 20C , so the temperature is regulated by the Nefit Easy Room sensor.
When I want extra heat on the first floor, I want to use Domoticz to use the temperature sensor from first floor and temporarily set the temperature of the Nefit Easy to 21C, so the heater keeps on heating, although the temperature on first floor is > 20.5C , so the thermostats are closed and the warm water is send all to first floor. When the set temp for first floor is reached , Domoticz should switch of the "bypass" temperature and the CV heater goes down or in modulating mode.
What is the best way to achieve this?
What are the best remote Thermostatic valve controllers (Zigbee/Zwave)?
How to "control" the SetPoint of Nefit-Easy appliance on Raspberry?
What is a good remote temperature sensor (Xiaomi Aqara)?
Can I use Blocky to control the Remote Thermostatic valve controllers?
Any positive answer would be nice

Aquara is a beautiful solution.
Another solution is ESP8266 with BMP280 or BME280 which allows you to build it up from ground.

Bugs bug me.

Re: Controlling Nefit Easy with Domoticz
Which devices are compatible with Philips Hue? All my Hue Devices (lights, INNR smart socket) are seen by Domoticz (through Philips Hue Bridge)
Aquara / Aqara / Xiaomi
Sonoff
Tuya
or do I need a new bridge/Gateway to connect the devices to Domoticz?
I would prefer Zigbee over Zwave and WiFi because it uses much less power wich is important for battery driven devices.

Re: Controlling Nefit Easy with Domoticz
I have a Nefit Easy thermostat and Maxcube smart radiator valves. I also have Zigbee devices controlled by Zigate. I do not know if it is possible to use Zigbee radiator valves through a Huge bridge. Zigate supports at least the Eurotronics spirit valves.
I have my bathroom radiator always open. Normally this is enough. I also have a fireplace so when the fireplace is in operation you can use the nefit easy fireplace option to have some heat to the upper floors. I then lower the temperatures of the valves in the living room.
I programm this in dzvents as this is more flexible than blocks

Re: Controlling Nefit Easy with Domoticz
Hello,
I would also try to manage the temperature settings by Domoticz for the Nefit easy. I have installed domoticz on a windows 10 pc. Can anyone describe what i need to do to make it work? I understand that the option for the easy is not fully integrated in the domoticz software it self?
Regards,
Jan.

Re: Controlling Nefit Easy with Domoticz
The installation of the prerequisites and the scripts on a Linux machine are described here: https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/NefitEasy
You will have to find a way to install all the prerequisites like nodejs, npm and pm2 on windows. I am not familiar with those.
Are you sure you have a Nefit Easy? As there is also a new Bosch EasyControl that is not fully compatible yet with Domoicz.

Yes I'm using the Nefit easy.
Re: Controlling Nefit Easy with Domoticz
Sorry, this isn't really a/the answer to your question, so see this post as a side note...
I do not know the advantages of the "Nefit Easy", but it seems to me it isn't easy at all with domoticz.
I have a Nefit Boiler, the most cheap Themostat(Moduline 100) there is, and have complete control of the Nefit system from domoticz/mqtt with only this: https://bbqkees-electronics.nl . Just plug the device in the boiler, set it up for MQTT, install the domoticz plugin, and go. No need for Nefit Easy server, no external scripts, java or other things that will keep you from backing up/restoring your domiticz(working config backup) on ANY other device with just a few clicks when somethings goes wrong.
https://bbqkees-electronics.nl/ems-devi ... atibility/ --> however, it seems that Nefit Easy isn't supported for "write".
As a alternative, buy another thermostat that is supported(moduline 100 costs about 50 euro's) and use that.
