OpenZwave broken, devices malfunction

Dear All,
It seems my Zwave devices are horibly broken, so I cannot use my shutters, screens and door/window contacts anymore
. Please help.
This is not the first time all the zwave devices are out of function, but last two times I just stoped domoticz, removed the domoticz directory and put back a backup. This doesn't work anymore. I am running domoticz beta and I think its the OpenZwave tool / libs that break with updates. Unfortunaly, like I said, putting back a backup doesn't help it back to running. This is what I run now: Version: 2020.2 (build 12451)
The Zwave hardware, as lsusb tells me: Bus 001 Device 006: ID 0658:0200 Sigma Designs, Inc. Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 (ZW090) - UZB
The devices are red:
and the device via Hardware is red:
When rebooting the rasp Pi, or restarting Domoticz, syslog says:
and *that* I don't understand.. as far as I know, there never existed a build32 directory on my Pi for the last whatever years. Why is OpenZwave / Domoticz complaining about it now?
Several reboots of the didn't help. The device exists in raspbian, for years the same:
I tried installing the stable version of Domoticz and importing / restoring the latest database backup, no luck (doesnt supprise, because versions differ). Then I installed a fresh new Domoticz beta version and imported the latest backup of the database, also no luck.
can you please help?? I'd like to close my shutters tonight!
