Howto Update Stable Release?

Searchin for bugfixes in stable i found this interesting page with 2020.2 releases

So it would be a good idea to use these bugfix releases, BUT there is no way to install them. The updaterelase script do update to the same old version from april 2020. The GUI button does not exist in these version, how can i update the 2020.2 to the lastest parts?

Go to Setup > Settings > System Setup and look for Software Updates:

Select the correct Release Channel (Beta).

Next:

Go to Setup and select Check for Update.

It will update to the latest beta.
