[Question] Triggering Alexa Routine from Domo

Does anyone know how I might simulate an alexa virtual switch that can be triggered from domo? Similar to: https://thesmartcave.com/smartthings-wi ... xa-device/

To be clear, I don't want to voice control domo devices, I know how I could do that. I want to go the other direction. That is, control devices from domo that are alexa-enabled. For example, I just bought a smart fan, but it does not have an open API, only control via alexa. So, I'm trying to find a way to control that fan through domo.

Unfortunately Alexa doesn't support IFTTT as a routine trigger.
