[Feature] Improve on Theme update/install options

Use this forum to discuss possible implementation of a new feature before opening a ticket.
A developer shall edit the topic title with "[xxx]" where xxx is the id of the accompanying tracker id.
Duplicate posts about the same id. +1 posts are not allowed.

It would be great if we could update or install a theme via the settings screen:

1) Install or update via zip file
2) Install or update via github url
3) Detect for new versions via github url?
