Hi I've also this device (https://www.szneo.com/en/products/show.php?id=234) .

For the settings : I have opened a pull request https://github.com/OpenZWave/open-zwave/pull/2241: but I need to add the MetaData Block
But you need to put the 2 files from here : https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Arty6 ... ecific.xml (needs to be put it here domoticz/config/manufacturer_specific.xml) and https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Arty6 ... -cs01z.xml (needs to be put it here : domoticz/config/config/shenzen_neo/nas-cs01z.xml)

I have 2 disturbing problems with this device :
First problem : when I use the multi level command for partial opening (Not 100% opened/closed) each time I reopen it is not opened completely. (If I close completely then reopen it's ok)

Second problem some of my devices lose their switch on switch off ability after some time (the blue led blinks).

Are you also experiencing the same problems ?

Thanks for your answer

EDIT: WARNING: DO NOT BUY THESE NEO COOLCAM NAS-CS01ZE Shutter switches. 100% will fail within a few months of use. They look cool, but the quality is very poor: I've got 3 of these devices. The first one failed approximately 3 months after installation, and the last one failed in less than a year after installation. Symptoms are: the blue cicle flashes and the device is no longer included with your controller. In most cases also manual control is almost impossible, because the up and down touch buttons no longer properly respond.

Calibration:
When the device is first installed it is uncalibrated: it doesn't know how long to run the motor before your window is opened or closed. In uncalibrated mode you can operate the motor by keeping the Up or Down buttons pressed. The motor will run as long as you keep the button pressed. To enable the shutter switch to open or close the window/curtain by a short tap, you need to calibrate the shutter switch using these steps:
- install the switch in the location where you want it and connect whatever device you want to steer (window opening motor/curtain motor/etc).
- power on the device (i.e. connect the N and L wires to mains power).
- press and hold the Open/Up button until the window or curtain is fully open, then release the the Open/Up button.
- press and hold the Stop (= middle circle) button for ~5 seconds, until both the up and down arrows are lit and the blue circle is off.
- press and hold the Close/Down button until the window or curtain is fully closed, then release the Close/Down button. Down arrow light will go off.
- press and hold the Open/Up button until the window or curtain is fully open, then release the Open/Up button. Up arrow light will turn off too.
- the both arrow leds will blink 3 times to indicate calibration is finished.

You can now short press the Close/Down button and the window/curtain will run until closed. Another short press of the Open/Up button will make the window/curtain run til closed. Or you can short press the middle circle button to stop the motor from running at any point in between.

Inclusion
Before including, first calibrate the device using the instructions above or you will not get the correct devices to set the window at some specific percentage.

In Domoticz start 'Add new device' mode. The set the shutter switch in inclusion mode by tapping the middel circle button 3 times fast. Both Up and Down arrows plus the circle will blink 3 times. According to the manual it is a 1 second interval to indicate inclusion mode and during exclusion it blinks at a .5 second interval. I don't see the difference between either though. Then wait for Domoticz to receive the device's information. This may take up to one or 2 minutes: wait patiently. If you rush it, you will most likely fail. Keep the Domoticz log window open to see if any messages are received yet. The messages you are waiting for have "Value_Added" in them. See below for the full list of messages you should see. Once the inclusion in Domoticz is complete you will get this message:
NAS-SC03ZE including.JPG
NAS-SC03ZE including.JPG (15.59 KiB) Viewed 569 times
If the "Included" message doesn't show after 2 minutes and no "Value_Added" messages show in the log, try tapping the circle button again. Maybe you were in exclusion mode instead of inclusion mode. Do remember to wait for 2 minutes again before trying another time. You may have to go through this several times before Domoticz will have properly recognised the device. If however at least one "Value_Added" message has been logged, but the "included" message doesn't show yet, wait longer, even if it has been 2 minutes already. The device will repeat any missed messages automatically several times.

The messages listed in Domoticz' log upon successful inclusion (after the device was calibrated first!) are these. Node number may be different in your setup of course:

Code: Select all

OpenZWave: Value_Added: Node: 124 (0x7c), CommandClass: SWITCH BINARY, Label: Switch, Instance: 1, Index: 0
Light/Switch (Switch)

SendSwitchIfNotExists: Device '124.instance.1.index.0.commandClasses.38' (Level) with DeviceID '00007C01' matches '124.instance.1.index.0.commandClasses.37' (Switch). Domoticz will use the Dimmer (and hide the Switch).
