How to limit text log saving for switch only when it really changes state

Hi,

if someone can tell me if it's possible to restrict saving logs to Text Logs for switch, only when it really changes state.
With mqtt the state of the button (switch) is still being transmitted, and the logs are growing very fast and it is difficult to analyze.
Is there any way to do this ?


P.S. I can't (and don't want to) limit the transfer of switch information to state change events only.
