How to open domoticz.exe with Firefox

If I open Domoticz.exe it always start due to default setting in Chrome, I got messages about browser cache failed and Chrome wants everytime download several sound files (like mp3; ogg and m4a)

Despite my default setting to open in Chrome, I want domoticz start in Firefox. Where I don't get the messages and downloads of those sounds files.

I tried to bookmark the address http://127.0.0.1:8080/#/Dashboard, but after a PC reboot and opening the bookmark I get /#/offline in Firefox. Than need to open domoticz.exe again to open, and copy address from Chrome.
