Domoticz

Hello,

I bought a Fibaro CO sensor FGCD-001 and included it in Domoticz v2020.2.
Parameter 23 should enable sending the "CO concentration level" to the zwave controller. However, no device appears in Domoticz that shows the CO concentration level. This does occur in zwave.me.
I have a few questions:
- Has the XML configuration file been modified before Openzwave 1.6? The FGCD001.xml file in GitHub only gives "Updated OZW configuration files".
- What needs to be done to make the XML file / Domoticz suitable for displaying the CO concentration level?
- What can I contribute to this?

OpenZwave - No modifications since 02 June 2019, see Open Zwave Github searching for FGCD-001, nothing special for 1.6.

So, no special actions needed, present at Domoticz OpenZwave.

It is a Battery powered device? Might take a while to show up with all values, you can try to
- set Allow New Hardware to yes in Settings
- go to Hardware - Zwave controller Settings, select your device and press Heal Node Info - you then have to wake up the FGCD001.

It is not that no devices appear. Instead of the CO value, a switch (on / off) Carbon Monoxide appears.
See attached picture. That's why I thought there should be something different in the XML file or that Domoticz misinterprets this.

I see, the device is not handled as should - a CO2 Sensor, I checked the XML and this is correct, so I think there should be a wrong association in Domoticz Zwave control - there are a number of Forum topics about the CO2 level missing, also under 1.4, but not a solution.

I will check the code - I am not a developer but I can read the code might take a while ....

Have you been able to check the code for a missing CO level.
Is there a way to bring this up for a new release? Where and how do I do this?
