Supported Doorbells by Domoticz?

I know the KAKU ACDB-6500 and ACDB7000 doorbell is compatible with Domoticz but the Byron MP001 is not.
Anyone knows if the Grundig G48575 doorbell is supported by Domoticz? Can't find technical info about this doorbell.
Which doorbell is/will be supported by RFXcom / Domoticz?

Grundig is not supported. Byron SX is supported but the protocol is different from the MP01.
I will buy an MP01 soon and check if this doorbell can be added.

Somebody tried the Plieger doorbell already (sold by Praxis and Fixit in the Netherlands)?

It's not supported by RFXcom according to the manual, but perhaps it's using one of the protocols supported?

According to the firmware update the MP001 should be supported. Anyone successfully tried to make it work with Domoticz?

FW release 433_79/179/230 17-09-2014
RFY program command changed
Number of RFY remotes increased from 30 to 40
Byron MP001 transmit added
WT0122 pool thermometer added (maybe also Kjell 48019 Rubicson)
-->>Eurodomest added
TRC02 receive improved
Viking temperature measurement extended

Hi All,

Today I found a cheap doorbell in the Action store named Select Plus 433mhz wireless doorbell. I was wondering if someone have tested this doorbell with Domoticz/RfxCom. The hardware is Quhwa QH-832AC. http://www.quhwa.com/AC-Mini-wireless-d ... -832AC.htm

I also found some information here: http://www.nodo-domotica.nl/forum/viewt ... f=8&t=2286

Hi,
I have the same Select Plus 433mhz wireless doorbell.
Is there any update, how can I configure it?

Thanks in advance!

***EDIT*****:
I have managed to have the bell chime with RFXCOM using SelectPlus200689103 and ID 00 0A.
Question that remains is, how can I add the button for the bell, and how can I enable it in Domoticz on my Pi, because I do not see SelectPlus200689103 in domoticz, nor do I know how to add the button.

Have a Black SelectPlus200689103 doorbell aswell.
First one wasn't detected and bought a second one which was detected right away.

Hi Siewert308SW,

thanks for the quick reply!

So when you bought the second one, the button for the bell detected as a "light"switch straight away?

Could it be something in the pairing between the doorbell and the button?

How does the doorbell/switch show up in domoticz?

Hardware:
1x RasPi model B+
1x RFXtrx433E
2x KaKu switches/dimmers
2x KaKu contacts
1 Selectplus (Action NL) chime

When i bought the second one it was detected when i ticked the learn button in Domo and hit the doorbell button.
It's detected as SelectPlus door Chime

What firmware version do you have? I can't find the SelectPlus protocol. I'm using the RFXtrx433_Ext_236 firmware.

RFXtrx433_Ext_236

p.s
Can you try something out?
The door chime is a self learning chime.
Meaning first time you put in the battery it will set a new protocol.

Pull the battery out of the doorbell and pull the chime out of the 220v socket.
Wait a minute to let all electric flow out of the doorbell.
Then put the battery back in the doorbell and select learn in domoticz and press the doorbell button.

Yes! When I follow your instructions then Domoticz indeed automatically recognize the device as Type 'Chime' and Subtype 'SelectPlus'. But when I push the doorbell button it doesn't appear in the log but de doorbell does ring. But when I push the button in Domoticz it doesn't ring.

Edit: after restarting Domoticz I can see the Chime in the logging and works if I push the doorbell button. Still pushing the button in Domoticz doesn't ring the bell.
Edit 2: after pull out the chime of the 220v socket and put it back in now everything works!

It's great to have a cheap doorbell working with Domoticz. I am sure more people will be happy with this :)

indeed, had some expensive chimes over the last years and somehow i always break them.
If one breaks now then i won't cry, €5.95 for a chime is cheap...
