How to ignore rapid device change

Hey guys,

I want to have a dzvent script for my geofence. I use the domoticz app on my android for that. Only sometimes if I'm already at home and open the domoticz app, the app will trigger my geofence device to off and on really quickly. Result is that all my lights and stuff goes on when im already home.
Is there any way I can script a lind of delay in the device change like this.
If device is on for x seconds then etc etc etc. Hereby ignoring if the device changed from off to on within like 3 sec?
