Zigbee2mqtt firmware reflash

I am using firmware Z-Stack_Home_1.2 (20190608) with a CC2531
I would like to use the Z-Stack_Home_1.2 (source_routing 20190619) for the same CC2531
Can I flash the CC2531 without losing the network settings? Or do I have to include all the devices again?

I reflashed it once and I lost my (only one) Ikea light bulb. When I disconnected the lamp from power and put it back in again, it paired again with the stick.
Your network settings are stored on the pi, not on the stick

I reflashed the CC2531 and it worked. All devices are still there and working.

EddyG I recently upgraded to a CC2652R. suggest you look into it.
In my opinion there is a noticeable improvement in device responsiveness and definitely range.
Supports 50 direct children and about 200 total devices.

I think I will go for the CC1352P-2 because it has a connection for external antenna.
My Wifi router is close to my raspberry pi setup with the CC2531, and that is not good.
With the CC1352P-2 I can put the antenna further away.
But I do that when Zigbee 3.0 is stable. What is the current status of Zigbee 3.0 with zigbee2mqtt?

I think you mean Zigbee 3.1?
As far as my experience, my home has been fully working on a CC2652 with zero issues for about a week.
