Qubino flush shutter not working

I'm using 13 Qubino devices with Domoticz. My system is running on a Synology NAS 916+ with AEON Labs ZW090 Z-Stick Gen5 (And RFXCom USB). Everything is fine. The system runs now 1 1/2 years without any trouble! 5 of the 13 Qubino devices are flush shutters.

Now I wanted to add some additional flush shutters. But they are not working.
They show up at Hardware and as a Node. But they will not show up in Devices.

The only difference I see is that the old flush shutters does have the Protocol Version 4.05 and Application Version 1.01. The newer does have Protocol Version 4.38 and Application Version 7.00 (I looked that up in the OpenZWave Control Panel).

I made a test with openHAB via Docker on my Synology ... no Problem there, all devices work without any problem!
Is this a Domoticz problem? Or is there anything I can do?

I think if you scroll four posts down, see you will see my post about probably the same modules. Are you using the "ZMNHCDx" modules too?
