iOS app crashing during plug setup

I currently have 7 plugs, 1 regular switch, 1 dimmer switch, and a maker relay working just fine...today I tried to add another smart plug, and I am running into an issue where the app crashes immediately after hitting ‘join’ after entering SSID and WPA2 key

I’ve tried two iPhones and an iPad and all have the same problem...I tried switching to airplane mode with just WiFi enabled, disabled auto-join for my home WiFi, switched my SSID to broadcast, factory reset the plug multiple times, no dice

I un/installed the app on all three iOS devices, upgraded firmware on all the current WeMo devices, and nothing has helped...anyone have the same issue?
