Domoticz only updating every 90 seconds, even with 10 second updates from Device

I'm trying to get an Aeotec Home Energy Meter Gen5 working with Domoticz, but did not manage to get it to update faster than every 90 seconds.

After multiple exclude/include I finally went into the OpenZWave Control Panel where I do acctually see it updates according to the node settings. But for some reason Domoticz only updates the value every 90 seconds. It also means that the httplink which I need only sends updated data very 90 seconds.

I haven't managed to google any information on why Domoticz doesn't update when the node sends data.

Anyone knows how to make Domoticz update at the same frequency as the device?
