Smart Implant devices

I managed to import a smart implant by the XML from Github:

Now I get a large list of devices. Can someone explain what is what?

I could measure that if I activate 441 or 445 Output 1 is activated. When I activate 446 Output 2 is activated.
Seems strange that 2 devices activate the same output?

I hope someone knows something about this.
