exclamation mark devices

Hello everybody,,
Can somebody please explain the exclamation marks in the devices page of Domoticz.
By several devices (Fibaro smoke sensor en Neo Coolcam power plug) i get different exclamation marks in the <alarm type> (subtype alarm)
I have grey, red and green types. Can i ignore these or?showbox.bio/ tutuapp.uno/ https://vidmate.vet/
Cannot find any info on the www. or forum

Can somebody please explain the exclamation marks in the devices page of Domoticz.

These are Alert type devices.
Depending on the Alert level the get a different color. The meaning of the levels / color is defined by the type of hardware or script setting these levels
