TFA temp sensor does not connect

Hi

I have a TFA Dostmann temp sensor 30.3221.02 that is not connecting to my Rasp-Pi 3b+ and RFXtrx433X.
New batteries, tried all channels, tried pushing the white button 3 and also 10 sec.

Okay, It did connect once, gave 15 min same temperature then it lost connection. tried all the same it did not come back.

Anyone a solution?

This sensor is not in the list of supported sensors, see chapter 2 in the RFXtrx User Guide.
