Delay in Switch state change on app or browser

Sorry if this is covered already perhaps I'm not wording my issue correctly in my searches, I'll try to articulate it the best I can.
I have two ZWave Devices on Domoticz running on Raspbian on my RaspberryPi. I am using a Aeon Z-Stick S2. Both Switches are recognised and work turning off and on. However the status on the app or browser doesn't change with the switch for approximately 60 or more seconds sometime not at all. To clarify, the lights will turn off or on but they show the opposite for 60 PLUS seconds. I am I right in assuming this is some type of polling that is set at 60 seconds in the software? ANY help or pointing to a thread already covering this is appreciated.

I have same kind of behaviour, some of switches state shows like immediately, and some take a long time to update to webpage. Actions work like they should.

Webpage is only refreshed every 10 seconds. If you want instant updates you can have a look at my floorplan.
