Usb dongle cyrus does not auto-detect me!

Hello good afternoon, sorry for my English. I'm starting to try to configure my z-wave system. I have domoticz in raspberry 3, a doungle cyrus usb and a roller shutter fibaro. According to I read in the manual of initiation I read that the doungle usb auto-detects it, but in my case it does not detect anything.
