I have been searching but can not find anything, nor in the wiki, nor on the forum how this must be setup, or how it should work.
Could someone explain me how this discomode works for yeelights? Please.

I saw in an old post from 2017 an url like: http://<domoticz>host:8080/json.htm?type=command&param=discomodenum1&idx=6
when i do this i see the answer from the light discomode 1 is active and ok.

But I have no clue what to do, or how it should work? The light just stays on.
Does anyone have a link for me where i can read what to do?

Also i read in the wiki the following: "Added support for Lighting Limitless/Applamp RGBW devices. You can now set Kelvin and RGB values, NightMode, WhiteMode and increase and decrease the brightness and discoMode. See the documentation."

But what documentation, where can i find this?

Thanks in advance.

You can set everything you want. I use dzvents script. Check wiki of dzvents.

I can set everything i want, but what does it mean, discomode 1, 2 ,3 ,4 etc. is it a pre defined mode, or do i have to define the modes ?

They pre defined in the Bulb (hardware by manufacturer). Try all of them to see what pattern you see.
