Using Domoticz with Vera

G'day everyone!

My first post!

I have been a user of the Vera controller for quite some time, though I am still very much a novice in this area. I wish to use the Domoticz controller in conjunction with my Vera controller. At present I plan to use Vera to do most of the work, initially only using Domoticz to add devices which Vera can't handle, so I need the two controllers to play nice with each other.

The Domoticz controller is running on my Windows machine. I have checked out the wiki on how to use both systems here : https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/VERA but I have a question....

Above is my issue... Why is it talking about Virtual Switch on Domoticz when it is the actual device on Domoticz that I want to replicate in Vera? Do I need to create a Virtual Switch on Domoticz that copies the real switch on Domoticz?

Is it a fact that people using Domoticz don't ever use Vera too? When I've done searches for this sort of thing I find a few similar posts as mine, but never any replies. Weird...
