Last update sensor make into blockly

Hello.

I made a blockly for the temperature sensor from my son's room .
if the temperature is to high i get a notification and the delay between is 10 min
this works great ,the temperatuur meldingen and melder are dummy's .
but i would like to do the same with the last update state (if the is batterij empty)or something else
so that i dont get every 5 seconds a alarm
can someone help me ?or isnt this possible
