Got two Qubino Flush Dimmers which I need to factory reset, but I can't get them to factory reset based on the instructions given on the manual included which says:
Press push button l1 five times within 3s (t times change switch state within 3s) in the first 60s after the module is connected to the power
I've performed factory reset on Flush 1 and Flush 2 and while it usually take 2 to 3 times to succeed the flush dimmers just won't reset. So open for suggestion if I missed out on something. Typically when connecting power, I usually waits for 10s before I push l1 button 5 times, and then waits for a minute to ensure everything is done. I've noticed if everything is done a too fast order, I just won't work with the factory reset.
How to Factory Reset Qubino Flush Dimmer? Topic is solved

Re: How to Factory Reset Qubino Flush Dimmer?
Well, having 3 dimmers which I needed to perform factory reset on, I can only note that it's not possible to perform factory reset by using the l1 button which the manual claim. On the other hand, trying the service button:
press service button S (only applicable for 24 V SELV supply voltage) for more than 6 second
Above successfully performs the factory reset on all of the 3 units that I have. Whether this is a bug (that l1 reset doesn't work) or not, I don't know. Of the 3 units that I have, 2 of them was bought 12 month ago and the third unit was bought 1 week ago.

Re: How to Factory Reset Qubino Flush Dimmer?
Reached out to Qubino to ask them about the above issue and they confirmed that the timing is critical to to succeed with the factory reset. But, it's odd that the flush dimmers are the only ones which I had issues with. But, Qubinoy did also confirm that it's seems a bit tricky:
It is a little strange because I tried now to do factory reset on the device and I done it in first time, but it is true that our trainee did not managed to do factory reset. It is probably really little tricky. I will add an request to our R&D to take a look into these matter to make it more user friendly in next versions.

Re: How to Factory Reset Qubino Flush Dimmer?
I have been trying to reset the flush relay for 2 days now, it just does not work..
One other question, since the device does not show a led or beep if succeded, when a factory reset has worked, does domoticz automaticly link it when i put it in “listen” mode with add new zwave node? Or do you have to do the 3 click thing then as well?

Re: How to Factory Reset Qubino Flush Dimmer?
I had to reset a ZMNHDB03 dual relay after it became unresponsive to commands. Removed it first from Domoticz. Then held the Service button for 10 secs, released it, and cut the power. Set Domoticz into include node, and reapplied the power, It found the Qubino correctly straight away. The unit works on 220V, and apparently this is not the correct way to do it, but it worked
The switch toggling business for inclusion is really awkward where the module is in one place, the switch is in another, and the circuit breaker is somewhere else!

I do not really know if there is a way to reset to factory defaults, but I bought different second hand qubino's. some of them where still linked/included in another network. I till now always manage to exclude them by pressing 5 times the I1 button within 3 seconds. Cut off power and then include in domoticz by pressing 3x I1 button within 3 seconds and press include in domoticz.
Domoticz 2020.1 (12230) on Raspberry Pi 3B with Raspian Buster. Besides Domoticz, Rpi is running Pi-Hole.
