Run as secondary controller (Aeotec Zwave USB + Fibaro plug + Toon)?

I'm using
- Toon controller (Dutch thermostat controller from Eneco)
- Domoticz with Aeotec ZW090 Z-Stick Gen5 EU
- FIBARO System FGWPE/F Wall Plug

The Fibaro plug is included in the Toon controller and can be controlled with this.
Now I want to control the same plug with Domoticz but can't include this plug on the Aeotec stick because it is already included in the Toon controller (i think).

Now I did read information to Run Domoticz as a secondary controller. https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Zwave#Run ... controller
But I don't understand how this works.
In the 'Node management' of the ZWave controller in Domoticz I see also commands but don't know how to use them with the Toon controller.

Hope to get this working to control the Wall plug with the 2 controllers...
Anyone some clues?
