Hi!
Im trying to use node red to manage all data in domoticz and have installed the "MQTT Client Gateway with LAN interface" and are successfully reciving logs on my MQTT subcriber/debug in node red.
However. I need a way to trigger on specific events (lighs on/off etc) and one way is to trigger on a topic. The default topic for domoticz is (domoticz/out) where EVERYTHING is sent, but according to the settings on the "MQTT Client Gateway with LAN interface" there are different ways for domoticz to set the topic (Flat, Hierarchial, Combined) that might solve the issue regarding triggering on the "right topic". However when i choose the drop down list there are only (out, /, out + / and none) available and whichever i choose the topic dosent change and remains "domoticz/out"
Is "MQTT Client Gateway with LAN interface" broken? Or am i using it wrong?
Any insights?
/Sebastian

Re: MQTT Topic
The topic for outbound MQTT traffic always starts with "domoticz/out" when send from MQTT Client Gateway with LAN interfaceGriffinNOOB wrote: ↑Tuesday 26 February 2019 9:05 However when i choose the drop down list there are only (out, /, out + / and none) available and whichever i choose the topic dosent change and remains "domoticz/out"
If you use hierarchical the topic will become domoticz/out/floorplan/roomplan and messages will be send only for devices defined in a roomplan
