Hi there.

I've got a build ready for the Anna thermostat that should hit the latest beta build hopefully by the end of the week
This release is meant for broader testing of the functionality
.
It will add support for the build in scenes from the plugwise gateway and enabling/disabling the proximity switch from Domoticz

You will have two extra switches in Domoticz Anna Presets & Proximity_sensor_state
Both switches will update the Plugwise Gateway used by the Anna
You can detect when a preset/scene is changed and act on it. and you can set the preset/scene though events Known limitations:
THIS IS BETA it may fail as I can only test against a Anna with firmware 3.1.4. Please let me know if it works with older firmware.
I may change the way the presets as I optimize the code in the near future but for now
setting a preset is done by using a number in the following way:
Setting the levels as level (see above):
Home = level 10%
Away = level 20%
Night = level 30%
Vacation = level 40%
No support for frost level. the plugin will show the switch as off if the gateway is set to frost ( from app or on the Anna)

for now language is hardcoded to english

I'll update this post when it has hit the Beta

I tested it on latest beta today and on Anna thermostat with firmware 3.1.4.
when i tested it, i can push the buttons and log displays:
2019-03-12 20:48:47.969 Status: User: Admin initiated a switch command (55/Anna Presets/Set Level)

but when i use webbrowser to browse to Anna, then nothing is changed there

edit: after some minutes, Anna presets in domoticz changes back to current preset

btw. changing temperature setpoint in domotics, changes the temperature in anna

thanks for this, great feature, but I don't see the two devices in my domoticz(latest beta) from my Anna which uses firmware 1.8.20. See also this comment where issues arose between the two firmwares 1.8.20 and 3.1.4

If i understand you correctly, your Anna has Firmware 1.8.20 and when going to the HTMl interface to the Software updates section, there is no update available, correct?
So far i know of, you can contact Plugwise to set the latest firmware ready for you and then it will automatically update, or be visible in the Software update section.

The only thing i know of, is firmware higher then 1.8.20 is not compatible with KPN SmartLife.

An observation.
When using the selector switch on my Anna, with Firmware 3.1.4, the selection will be done in one of the heating zones, but not in the main zone.
Is this intentional?

I have exactly the same experience. Just compiled the latest beta. Anna (and smile) with latest firrmware. I can toogle the switches but Anna/smile do not get the message somehow.... Setting the thermostat temperature works fine.

Really happy with the plugin as it nicely showed some problems in my current heating setup .

Same here, don't get this working.
Also when I change the preset on the Anna itself, in the Domoticz Dashboard I see the status changing. But in the log, it's not changing.
So when I want to use something like: IF Preset is Vacation, do ...
It's not working, hope someone has a solution.

is saw that my plugwise anna was updated to version 3.1.7 (automagicly)
and my domoticz is at 4.11332.

and when i tested the preset buttons, the presets in my anna get changed. also after a few seconds,
domoticz update the status of the switch.
this problem can be marked as solved

Thanks for your update. I see indeed when I change the preset in Domoticz, in Domoticz it changes to the preset I set it to.
But in the Anna, nothing changes. Can you tell me if you put some levels or URL settings in the settings page of the switch?

I also tested it the other way, by selecting another preset on the Anna. When I do it that way, it changes in Domoticz!

Does anyone of you has a solution to see if it is burning to warm the tapwater or for the heating? I want to use this for my ventilation, but only when the tapwater is heated.

Any updates on the ANNA Plugwise plugin? actually the hardware is running firmware 3.1.10 and the data format and parsing seems that got changed quite a bit from earlier versions. Environmental Weather temperature is not added in the current plugin (outside temperature measured from the smile hub device). Also, the on/off status of the boiler is not being correctly parsed, since from firmware 1.8.0 was working, but from 3.1.7 + it is not being updated.

Any information would be appreciated.

Same here. works now!

But I also installed and Adam en zone regulation (to get rid of the cold in the study). Hope this would be supported by now by this is not yet the case. Maybe check if can can work on that myself...

Update:
So i found an other anna firm. 3.1.4 domoticz works perfect on presets.

Now the anna updated overnight to 3.1.10 , domotics can not ajust the presets.

in the end it is just as easy to make temperature settings in domotiocz instead of preset in anna




na een tijde op 3.1.10 moet ik zeggen dat 1.8.. eigenlijk veel beter was, fijnere app betere controle dus als tip heb je 1.8... houden zo !!!

Hi,

I just had my Plugwise Anna installed and I notice some problems ...
- firmware seems to be 2.1.5
running for 24 hours now and if I look for updates, nothing is found

the plugin does nog give me the presets, do I need to create them manually ?

in the domoticz log I get

I am unable to set the location in the home app, any suggestions ?

regarding OTGW
my OTGW is between the Smile and the Remeha Tzerra boiler.
How can I use the set temperature on the OTGW ? The control is visible in Domoticz but the boiler does not respond to the new setting.

Hy Eddy, for presets you need a new firmware, if you load Anna in Domoticz it will see the senes switch.

BUT sins the latest update 3.1.1.0 this does not function (for me) any more.

so i created a blockly doing what the senes wold otherwise do.

Hi,
as I mentioned before, my smile is running at 2.1.5 and it says "System is up to date"

I am unable to set the location for weather info, that gives an "OEPS" in the app/web interface.
Same for the kind of heating and size of the house ...


On my OTGW I am unable to set the temperature, it seems overruled by anna/smile.
Is it possible to fix that ?

just did, waiting ...

just received a reply from support. Upgraded to 3.1.11.

the location problem is solved and the mode selector is created by domoticz.
It works also ...
with this firmware I am also able to control Temp Setpoint thru my OTGW ...
(changes get visible in domoticz and on the ANNA after a couple of seconds)

but, the Smile now thinks that I have an Elga heatingpump ...
further contact with support is pending
