Hue Lamp (Switch) not working like normal

Hi,

I have a problem with one of my Philips Hue lamps.
It was always working fine but the last time it was not doing the right thing.

Version: CURRENT: 4.10373 (BETA) and 4.9700 (Stable)
Platform: Raspbian on Raspberry Pi 3
Plugin/Hardware: Philips Hue
Description: Hue Lamp (Switch) not working like normal

I have in my case 2 the same "White ambiance E27" lights. one of them is not showing properly in domoticz, the other one is good.

GOOD:

I deleted the lamp from domoticz and re-added it. its was loading the same configuration and showing the same not working Page..
So I Deleted the lamp from my HUE Bridge in the hope by re-adding it complete it solves the issue. but also its not solving my issue..

Does anyone know this issue and know how to solve it?
